Service Description

Yog/Meditation initiation and discussion sessions conducted on weekends. Children who are minors will not participate in discussion sessions. But they can participate in the complementary Sanskrit Shloka, Pooja, and Aarthi sessions, while Adults participate in discussions. The discussions will be on higher aspects of spirituality and consciousness based on Vedic texts like Bhagvad Gita.
